GOP Rep. Says Quinn's Budget Suggestions Leave Us Wanting

Earlier this week, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn told lawmakers he would cut $1 from the budget bill that funds state operations, instead he wound up vetoing it entirely. He suggested aggressive layoffs and furloughs as a fix. Democratic leaders think Quinn's veto is poised for an override when lawmakers return to Springfield next week.
