In one week, voters will finalize their choice in a special election to replace Rahm Emanuel’s recently vacated seat. The race in the congressional district known for its “lakefront liberals” is considered a slam dunk for Democrat Mike Quigley. But there are two other candidates for Illinois’ 5th congressional district. Today, we talk with Green Party candidate Matt Reichel.
