Monday night, an 18-year-old was shot in the shoulder on Chicago’s Southwest Side after a rival gang member drove onto his lawn and opened fire. Police say the two were involved in a long-standing dispute. Recently we talked with Oscar Contreras, a member of the group CeaseFire, who act as a mediator in gang disputes. And, two young share how they add additional support and positive peer pressure to Ceasefire.
