Has Washington Really Adapted the "Chicago Way?"

Turning away from local politics for a moment, folks around Washington D.C. have been throwing around “Chicago” like it's a four-letter word, a synonym for a civic cesspool. Commentator Ron Litke isn't too happy about it. But it's not the bad-mouthing of his hometown that's got Ron worked up.
