How the Climate Control Bill Affects Farmers

A cap-and-trade plan would affect the Midwest's agricultural economy, but there's some debate about whether the climate bill would hurt farmers or help them. WBEZ's Gabriel Spitzer talks to Ron Burke, Midwest director of the Union of Concerned Scientists, and Adam Nielsen, the Director of National Legislation and Policy at the Illinois Farm Bureau, about what the climate control bill will mean for farmers.
