Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels Delivers State of the State

Indiana's governor Mitch Daniels delivered his sixth State of the State last night. Daniels likes to point out that the Hoosier State is in better shape than most in the Midwest—it has a billion dollar surplus. But that doesn't mean things are perfect. Daniels has already cut the state's education budget. And, he's continuing to push for a controversial cap on property taxes to be written into the state's constitution. WBEZ's Michael Puente watched the speech with some Indiana residents in Chesterton, and he joins us to discuss what the Indiana governor accomplished with the speech.
