If you look at all the juveniles arrested in Chicago you’ll find about a quarter of them take place on the grounds of a Chicago Public School. That works out to almost 5,000 a year. Today we bring you the second part of our look at the fallout from these school arrests. It’s part of our juvenile justice series, Inside and Out. Linda Paul tells us about a young man whose arrest at 11 came back to trip him up when he was 20.
