, you remember Angelica. She's a 19-year-old young woman who's been in and out of the juvenile justice system for yearsâ€”ever since she got in a fight with a girl and stole her purse. When we met her this winterâ€”Angelica had been out for a few months and life was going rough. She got kicked out of her mom's house which violated her parole. Her parole officer put a warrant out for her arrest.
