Jason Fried Wants to 'Rework' Your Workday

What's the most grueling aspect of your work day? Too many meetings? Your boss monitors your every move in an attempt to encourage your productivity? Jason Fried is here to help. He wants to relieve you from meetings and micro-managing. The good news – it could involve working less hours! Fried is a co-owner of the Chicago-based company 37signals. The company creates software like the project management application Basecamp. Now, Fried and his business partner have gathered some of their tips and ideas in the new book, Rework. Fried tells Alison Cuddy about the book.
