If you’re a devout Jew, enjoying Coca-Cola will be a little tough during the next week, unless you happen to find the tiny batch of kosher soda that some Coca-Cola plants produce every spring before Passover. The run lasts about two weeks and has been known to sell out in less than 24 hours. Independent producer Laura Kwerel went down to West Rogers Park to find out what makes this Coke different from all the rest.
