Whether Milwaukee was destined to be the Silicon Valley of water remained unclear, but one thing was for sure: If they want to be the world’s water hub, they will need lawyers to help them do it. Eight Forty-Eight turned to Matthew Parlow of Marquette University’s Water Law Program to find out how budding lawyers prepare for the inevitable battles over water. Parlow is an associate professor of law at Marquette University in Milwaukee.
