The 96th Illinois General Assembly gathers today for the second day of their brief January session. But around noon, their work will stop for Governor Pat Quinn’s state of the state address. So, what’s on their agenda? And, what are they hoping to hear from Governor Quinn this afternoon? We have two high-ranking House members joining us to fill us in.
