November will be remembered for taking away one of the cornerstones of Chicago culture. At the same time a new wave of legislators and their political promises hit the political front. So, how did those big news items affect people on Chicago’s streets?

Three WBEZ reporters who have their ears to the ground in different parts of our community reflect on the news of November.
