Mental Health Centers Set to Close

Chicago plans to shutter a third of its mental health centers tomorrow. Public Health officials say patients will be able to go to other clinics in town. But opponents say the change will be a huge hardship for people with mental illness. Patients and advocates have been protesting for weeks, and they plan more action for today.
