Mikva Challenge Welcomes Local Students into the Political Fray

We're just over a month away from November, which means many folks are coming down with a case of election fever. Here in Chicago, that excitement is shared by voters and non-voters alike. Take this past Saturday, when some of the state's senatorial and gubernatorial candidates answered questions from some not-so-typical politicos: high school students.
It was all part of the Mikva Challenge Elections Kick-Off Event and Candidate Forum. We talk to ShaRhonda Dawson, the Elections in Action Program Director for Mikva Challenge, and high school student Tara Bagnola. Bagnola is a sophomore at Northside College Prep.
