New Book Collects Stories of Wrongful Convictions

When former Governor George Ryan cleared death row before leaving office, he put the issue of wrongful convictions front and center in Illinois. But that's not just a local issue. True Stories of False Confessions is edited by Steven Drizin and Rob Warden of Northwestern University's Center on Wrongful Convictions, and the book collects tales of coerced confessions from around the country. WBEZ Criminal Justice reporter Robert Wildeboer talked with Warden.
