You could say that Delaware native and Beltway insider David Plouffe got to know Chicago from floor 11 of 233 N. Michigan Ave. The 42-year-old political strategist moved to the Windy City in 2007 to serve as manager of President Barack Obama’s election campaign. And he was back last week on a tour promoting his new book, The Audacity to Win: The Inside Story and Lessons of Barack Obama’s Historic Victory. Plouffe stopped by our studios to chat with Alison Cuddy about teh book, and the campaign.
