Plan Commission Votes on Long-Awaited Chicago Central Area Action Plan

From 2000 to 2007, the residential populations of Chicago's central area have more than tripled. The Chicago Plan Commission was scheduled to vote on the non-binding plan for their Central Area Action Plan yesterday, but aldermen sought a postponement. Community organizer Enrique Perez follows development issues in Chicago's South Loop and he gives us his reaction.
