Preventing a Chicago Terror Attack

In New York, officials have apprehended a suspect in this weekend's attempted car bombing in Times Square. The search for co-conspirators continues. But whodunit may not be the most pressing question at hand. The bigger question—around the country and here in Chicago—is how to prevent—and prepare for—violent attacks. For some answers, we turn to Professor Barry Kellman director of the International Weapons Control Center at DePaul University.
