Judge James Zagel says he'll advise the jury that they can return verdicts on which they agree, and not on the ones they can't agree on in the federal corruption trial of former governor Rod Blagojevich. So what exactly does this mean for the case the prosecution presented and the indictments they chose? For answers, we turn to former prosecutor turned defense attorney Pat Deady.
