The Alliance to End Homelessness in Suburban Cook County says that Homelessness may be on the rise in Chicago’s suburbs. Their 2009 annual homeless count says that chronic homelessness in those areas has increased over 10-percent since 2007. The Alliance’s Executive Director, Jennifer Hill says that the situation is likely to get worse.RELATED LINK:
