Lawrence Peters and his band had to deal with a lot on the show this morning; it was a packed slate of segments, but they bounced with the changes like good sports. Peters, who rocks an interesting combination of lead singer and snare drum player, was with Matt Gandurski on lead guitar, Dave Sisson on rhythm guitar and harmony vocals, and Josh Piet on upright bass.

The band opens for Bobby Bare Jr. at the CIMM Fest closing night show, at The Hideout, on Sunday April 15, where they’re likely to turn the event into a real honky tonk. They’ll also be at the Split Lip Rayfield show at the Mayne Stage on Wednesday, April 18th.
