Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich is scheduled to go on trial in just a couple of weeks. It promises to be an event equal to the 18 months of drama that’s preceded it. That, of course, has a lot to do with the defendant. But it also has something to do with Blagojevich’s counsel—who is known for both courtroom theatrics and a flair for swaying a jury.
