The Process of Picking an Impartial Jury

About 240 people in Will County have been told they're potential jurors in the Drew Peterson murder trial. Will County Judge Stephen White told the group to stop following the news and to fill out questionnaires. Those are just the opening moves in a complex process. Peterson has been charged with the murder of his third wife, Kathleen Savio. He's pushing to have the trial moved out of Will County because of all the publicity. Joseph “the Shark” Lopez, who defended Frank Calabrese, Sr. in the Family Secrets mob trial, talks about the behind-the-scenes decisions in jury selection.
