Thursday Eight Forty-Eight finished its one-on-one interviews with the candidates for Mayor of Chicago. Turns out there’s one more left to sit down with—53rd Ward Alderman Ed Bus is also in the race. His campaign slogan? “Keep it like it was.”

The alderman’s been on the show before, talking about his duties in the 53rd but it was high time to meet the man outside the confines of his office. Friday, Alderman Bus joined host Alison Cuddy to share what lights his personal fires in the latest installment of The Weekly Guide.

Alderman Ed Bus is sometimes known as Justin Kaufmann – WBEZ’s senior content developer.

Catch Kaufmann and his sketch comedy troupe Schadenfreude at the Alderman Ed Bus Victory Party Friday and Saturday night at 9:00 p.m. at the Gallery Cabaret.
