Tribute to Jazz Saxophonist Legend Eddie Johnson

Earlier this month, Chicago lost a Jazz treasure. Tenor saxophonist Eddie Johnson passed away at the age of 89. Johnson covered a wide range of styles over his long career, from swing to bop to blues and beyond. Richard Steele spoke with Neil Tesser earlier this week. Tesser is a Chicago-based Jazz critic, and a close friend of Eddie Johnson. He says the only thing bigger than Johnson's sound, was his heart.
