Maybe it’s all the attention the Illinois state budget got this summer when lawmakers and the Governor finally inked a deal. Because the legislature seems to be flying through its final days of business for 2009 well under the radar. Starting tomorrow, State representatives will end the fall veto session with three days in Springfield. Illinois Public Radio’s Sean Crawford gives us a sense of what to expect.
