University of Hawaii Makes Push for Obama's Presidential Library

If Illinois wants to lay claims to Barack Obama's presidential library, it is time to get cracking—we've got competition! According to reports, officials from the University of Hawaii are making a pitch to house the historic complex. But just how is that decision made, and who gets to make the call? For a presidential library lesson, we turn to Sharon Fawcett. She's an Assistant Archivist for Presidential Libraries at the National Archives.
