Since a major overhaul of the upper and lower parts of Wacker Drive began yesterday, Alison Cuddy decided to get a little historical perspective of this iconic stretch of the city from Chicago’s Cultural Historian Tim Samuelson.  Wacker Drive is just one of the many streets in the region that will be under construction for a while.
