When the film In the Loop opens tomorrow it will do so behind a groundswell of critical praise. The critics, and IFC Films who acquired it, are smitten with the political satire that spoofs the buildup to the Iraq War. One of its stars, David Rasche, who has a deep Chicago connection, discussed the film, and the fun and politics of the spoof.
