What Can be Done About Noise Pollution?

There are efforts underway to clean up the air, water and land but what about noise pollution—whizzing tires, whining engines and booming car stereos. Those sounds are a form of pollution that was once regulated by the EPA. The Environment Report's Kyle Norris explains what happened to that plan.
