Arizona’s controversial immigration law, known as SB 10-70, takes effect today. Yesterday a federal judge blocked the most controversial parts of the law. However, many of the provisions still stand, including those affecting so-called “sanctuary cities,” like Chicago. Reyna Hernandez is an analyst for the Latino Policy Forum and she joins us.
