While thousands of Chicago Public Schools students got an early start to the school year this week many other schools won't start until September 8th. But it's not a carefree couple of weeks for the CPS teachers and administrators at those schools. A recently released budget came with a dire warning.  Here to tell us more is WBEZ's education reporter Linda Lutton.
