When Chicago label Touch and Go announced last week it was pulling the plug on their distribution business and laying off some employees, you could practically hear the gasps of independent music lovers around the city and the world. We talk with musician Steve Albini, music critic Greg Kot and Thrill Jockey's Bettina Richards about Touch and Go and the state of the music biz in Chicago.
