Would more Wal-Marts change Chicago?

The City Council's zoning commission votes tomorrow on whether or not to permit a second Wal-Mart store in Chicago.  The store is planned for the south side Pullman neighborhood. Is that big yellow smile headed our way, and will that help or hinder the local economy? We're joined by 21st Ward Alderman Howard Brookins, Jr., 37th Ward Alderman Emma Mitts and the University of Illinois at Chicago's David Merriman to talk about the potential impact an influx of Wal-Marts could have on Chicago.
