Greta Gerwig and Jordan Peele - the breakout directing stars of 2017 - returned with sophomore efforts LITTLE WOMEN and US that somehow managed to not just meet but exceed expectations. And no amount of hype prepared audiences (including critics) for Korean auteur Bong Joon-ho’s PARASITE.
