Hello Beautiful!

Act One

Out of 800 shows in the upcoming theater season, Jonathan Abarbanel has a lot on his list. He's looking forward to the world premiere of The Well-Appointed Room by Richard Greenberg, opening January 12 at Steppenwolf Theatre.

Ned Cramer says the skyscape of Chicago's near-south side will get a new look with the construction of James Turrell's “Skyspace” at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Margaret Hawkins is looking forward to that, too—and she's also excited about an exhibition featuring several decades of work by minimalist painter and sculptor Richard Tuttle, opening November 11 at the Museum of Contemporary Art.

And Antonia Simigis can't wait to hear Grammy winner Rhymefest's hip-hip solo debut, Blue Collar, due out in March.
