For host Edward Lifson, that brings to mind multimedia artist Tania Bruguera’s Becket…did you ever see my eyes? And Margaret thinks of Chris Garofalo’s Speculative Zoogeny. Both shows are at Rhona Hoffman Gallery through February 4.

Ned has seen the Garafalo exhibition, too—and he notes that Chris’s husband is architect Doug Garofalo. He designed the new Hyde Park Art Center, which will include work by Chicago painter Iñigo Manglano-Ovalle.

Edward mentions a show of photographer Harry Callahan’s work at the Art Institute of Chicago, and Margaret jumps in with another upcoming Art Institute exhibit, So the Story Goes.

Antonia is looking forward to musician, artist, and activist Jon Langford’s January performances at the Museum of Contemporary Art as well as his follow-up releases in the next few months.
