Fifty years after co-founders Robert Joffrey and Gerald Arpino started their ballet company, the Joffrey Ballet has a new artistic director. Ashley Wheater trained at the Royal Ballet School, and has worked with Sir Frederick Ashton and Rudolf Nureyev.
