A new report says a government program that brings au pairs to the United States is being abused, as some au pairs are forced to work long hours for low pay, given substandard living conditions and even abused. The issue has sparked lawsuits across the country. Also, in Austin, Texas — once the home of Willie Nelson, Janis Joplin and Gary Clark Jr. — the city today is packed with vibrant venues and diverse music, especially during the annual South By Southwest music festival.
