It’s primary day in three states Tuesday. Among the races to watch: Republican primaries for governor in Oklahoma and Florida, and the GOP primary for the open Senate seat being vacated by Trump critic Jeff Flake. NPR’s Scott Horsley joins us to discuss the latest politics news. Also, early next month, a 24-year-old entrepreneur from the Netherlands will launch an ambitious project to clean up the Great Pacific Garbage Patch: On Sept. 8, crews will drag a 2,000-foot, U-shaped boom more than 1,000 miles off the coast of California. And the 8-year-old startup WeWork has expanded beyond co-working, renting offices to larger corporate clients. Now, it’s slated to become the biggest office tenant in all of Manhattan.
