After weeks of fanfare, an effort by Democrats in Maine to explore impeachment proceedings against Governor Paul LePage has failed. Democrats claimed LePage abused his executive powers. Republicans say there was no basis for those claims, and objected to an investigation into the matter. A.J. Higgins from Maine Public Radio has more.
