Illinois Newspapers Call For An End To The State's Budget Stalemate

Today, about a dozen Illinois newspapers published front-page editorials calling for legislators to resolve the year-long budget stalemate. Tomorrow, the state will have been without a budget for a whole year, causing funding crises for small businesses, state colleges and universities and state agencies.
