The impact of the partial government shutdown is being felt across the country, including in Jeffersonville, Indiana, where roughly 1,000 employees at the Census Bureau office have been furloughed. Also, for job candidates with neurological differences like autism or dyslexia, job searching can be difficult or impossible. Now, an increasing number of companies are reaching out to include "neurodiverse" candidates who they say can have unique talents.
