The millennial generation is now the most educated, the most diverse and, as Derek Thompson of The Atlantic tells Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson, one of the most liberal generations ever. Thompson looks at what is pushing these young people left, and whether they will actually turn out to vote. He points out that this is the first year that there are as many millennials of voting age as there are baby boomers.
