Why Can't Police Halt Chicago Gun Violence?

Angry protesters took to the streets of a Chicago neighborhood earlier this week, demanding an investigation into the fatal police shooting of 25-year-old Joshua Beal. Police say he was armed at the time.

This comes amid a surge of shooting deaths, including four last weekend.
