The rise of flat beer
You got your lagers and your ales, and your stouts, your pales, your pilsners and your reds and also, apparently you got your flats: non-carbonated beers.
They're usually quite high in alcohol content and more like spirits than beer, which means you can open, re-seal and re-visit as you like as you would with a bottle of whiskey.
