The British territory Gibraltar is located at Spain’s southern tip and it is geographically part of the European continent. A family in Gibraltar is concerned whether Britons will vote this summer to exit the European Union. The dad is a U.K. citizen and his wife is Spanish. If Britain votes to leave the EU, she’s among 10,000 cross-border commuters whose jobs and lives could be disrupted.
