A look at the house flipping scene

Remember those reality TV shows about house flipping? They slowed down when the housing crash occurred, but that doesn’t mean people stopped buying homes to renovate and quickly sell for a profit. According to RealtyTrac, it’s still a small percentage of purchased single family homes that are being flipped.
