New data from RealtyTrac suggests that short sales are up this quarter more than 50 percent than this time last year. Chicago magazine “Deal Estate” columnist Dennis Rodkin says this is a good thing, and that sellers shouldn’t always fear the short sale. Rodkin explains why he thinks short sales should be an option.
